1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NSFW Market ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using NSFW Market, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

Buyers may purchase as guests. Sellers must create an account and verify their identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Marketplace Rules

• All content must be legal in the United States.
• All persons depicted must be 18 years or older with verified documentation.
• Sellers must comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements.
• Prohibited: non-consensual content, minors, bestiality, extreme content.
• Reselling another person's content without authorization is prohibited.

5. Fees & Payments

The Platform charges a 10% commission on each sale. Payments are processed via cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) or credit card (via CCBill). Seller payouts are processed on a bi-weekly schedule.

6. Content Moderation

All listings are subject to review before going live. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

NSFW Market is a marketplace platform. Transactions are between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
